This is the original OEM spec seal which has the correct solid dual hardness sponge cross section as fitted when new, so your tailgate will close correctly unlike other offerings on the market which have a hollow section.
(Please note that the image of the BL box is for reference only/ not included and that the seal is brand new not 40+ years old and has a full 3 year warranty)
